Cookies and Cream Cake, hold the ice cream

What can I say; this is a perennial favorite.



1 White cake mix
1 ¼ cups water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 egg whites
14 Oreo Cookies, crushed


1 can Vanilla Frosting - 16 oz
6 Oreo Cookies, crushed

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 – inch pan.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and egg whites until smooth; gently stir in crushed cookies. Pour batter into pan.

Bake 30 - 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

Frost with vanilla frosting; sprinkle with the remaining crushed cookies.
